This secure and private online tool connects you to these ob-gyn services and more:
· Request appointments
· Request prescription renewals
· Email questions to the triage nurse or business office
· Complete registration and other health care forms
· Receive health reminders and clinic updates
· View lab tests and test results
· Request a summary of your visit
· Pay your bill online (in the future)
To get connected:
1. Click on the Patient Portal button above.
2. Choose "Create an Account".
3. You will need your insurance information, including the claims address.
4. You will need your pharmacy name and phone number.
5. Enter all information. You will notice there are some areas where you are asked to add information you have previously entered. All * fields must be completed.

Effective April 1, 2011, Western Ob/Gyn has joined with four other Ob/Gyn groups to form Premier ObGyn of Minnesota. We are excited about this partnership, which will strengthen our ability to continue as an independent, physician-owned community obstetric and gynecologic practice. Our providers, services, clinic locations, phone numbers and website address will remain the same. You may see the name Premier OBGYN of Minnesota on future Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), bills or statements from our office.
